18 foot cat-rigged sharpie built in 1995. Glass over wood hull with carbon fiber mast and brand new Hallet sails. Trailer included, but has some rust. Very big and fast boat for 18 feet. Needs some electrical work (i.e new mast head light, interior lights). Comes with Mercury 3.3hp outboard and has a 12v deep cycle battery and solar panel. Needs minor maintenance such as varnishing and some painting here and there. Very spacious interior with new V-berth cushions. 15 gal water tank.
