Off Center Harbor's Remarks
Bill Garden lived on his own island off Vancouver Island in the Pacific Northwest. In designing the Eel he conceived of a snug and slippery little sloop to sail in these enchanted waters. Here is a fine example of what he was shooting for at a most reasonable price.
