Off Center Harbor's Remarks

We like these Cape Dory open fishermen and this one looks to be all shined up and ready to go.

Description from Boat's Main Listing

Includes winter storage inside.

SEA SCAPE has been a Maine boat since new in 1989 and until 2018 was with her original owner. Always stored inside, she was launched and hauled by Robinhood Marine and kept at her owner’s dock in Boothbay Harbor. This boat has enjoyed short seasons and great maintenance to yacht standards.

Her new owners have just finished a major refit over the winter inside at their private boathouse in St. George, Maine. All exterior teak was stripped and re-coated with natural Teak Cetol, and all interior teak cleaned and varnished with satin urethane. The many projects included a new teak swim platform, diesel-powered engine preheater, new hot-water heater, engine coolers serviced, buffed and waxed hull and top, new bilge pump, new anchor platform and roller, new running lights, new tan bimini and windshield isinglass extension, and much moreā€”in all, taking in excess of 500 hours.

In recent seasons, SEA SCAPE has been day cruising from Tenants Harbor, looking beautiful, and ready to provide instant satisfaction for anyone wishing to own and enjoy this well-designed sportfish cruiser with its excellent capabilities and comfort.
