Off Center Harbor's Remarks

The lease-to-purchase described in the listing indicates this boat has been donated to some sort of not-for-profit institution. This often indicates that a good deal can be had for the purchaser. We know that her broker is especially conversant with the details of such an offering so it should not be a turn-off to a perspective buyer. So by all means take a look at the offering if this is the type of boat you are interested in. Ted Hood, her designer, was at the top of his game when he drew the lines of the Tors and all his boats were known for their lovely lines and their turn of speed.
