Off Center Harbor's Remarks

This seems like a perfect boat to cruise the waters of the Pacific Northwest. Wholesome, thoroughly worked out in terms of details and, of course, designed by William Garden who knew the waters between Puget Sound and the northern tip of Vancouver Island as well as anyone.
