Off Center Harbor's Remarks

Ted Hood designs are treasured for their sea kindliness and good looks. Given her refit in 2016 which involved pretty much new equipment throughout, she appears to be well worth looking into.

Description from Boat's Main Listing

Pristine example of the Ted Hood-designed Bristol 40. AEOLUS is a real gem, and with her long overhangs, custom grey Awlgripped hull and gleaming varnish, she turns heads wherever she goes. Complete refit in 2016 that included replacing engine, all electrical, plumbing, new mast, running and standing rigging, winches, sails, cushions etc. Excellent performer with her new lighter, taller rig and large sail inventory. All the woodwork on both the exterior and interior was stripped and painstakingly refinished as part of the refit. There is no other classic boat on the market in similar condition.

Everything is clean, functional and turn-key, consistently updated, lightly used in the summers and stored indoors in the winters. Only for sale because I have upgraded to a larger Ted Hood-designed boat because I have loved this one so much.
