Off Center Harbor's Remarks
(Was $25,000) Classic looks both inside and out. It’s tempting to move right onboard—and stay there.
Description from Boat's Main Listing
This custom built cruiser was built by Martinolich shipbuilding, one of the oldest boat builders in Tacoma for their families personal use. Martinolich shipbuilding was well known for building fishing boats, and passenger steamers, and was active until 1974. With a little TLC this would be a great live-a-board, with lots of room for a small family. It was repowered with a Yanmar diesel in 1996 , and fuel burn is close to 1 1/2 gallons an hour at 7 knots. The boat house is also available. A membership in the Tacoma Yacht club is required to purchase the boat house. New lower price for boat and boathouse.
