Sloop rigged Ericson 31′ with 2012 Yanmar 3YM20, less than 100hrs. Many other upgrades since 2002; bottom peel with Kevlar/vinylester, new bronze seacocks, hull paint (2006), replaced steering cables, new bilge pump, new fuel tank (2012), new water heater, new prop shaft, 3 blade prop, dripless shaft seal and Raymarine instruments. Owners stateroom forward with double berth. Cutaway fin keel, deck stepped mast, partial skeg out-board rudder, six bronze opening ports and two hatches.

Accommodations
Remarkably clean and very well maintained 1979 Ericson cruising sloop. Starting forward is a comfortable v-berth with drawers, hanging locker, seating and overhead hatch. The head follows to starboard with sink, shower and commode. It features a holding tank, y-valve for overboard discharge or deck pump out. The salon has bench seating port and starboard with a bulkhead mounted folding table and charting table to starboard. On the port side you will find a u-shaped galley with two burner alcohol stove, ice box, hot and cold pressure water in a recently power coated sink. There are also foot pumps for water to the sink. Engine access is below the companion steps to the cockpit. The cockpit is deep and roomy, wheel steering, Danforth compass at the binnacle and Raymarine sailing instruments mounted at the companionway bulkhead. There is a mount and 12v connection for the Garmin GPS 546 Chart plotter included.
