Off Center Harbor's Remarks

A 1970s double-ender by Thomas Gilmer. Owners Association. The first woman to circumnavigate (Pat Henry) did it in a Southern Cross.

Comments/Addtions
Exterior teak was totally stripped and refinished with 6 coats of varnish in the fall of 2016.
4 new thru-hull fittings and ball valves installed in 2010. Added new Morse engine shift and throttle controls and cables installed in cockpit in 2010.
Bottom paint was removed completely and 4 coats of Interlux 2000 epoxy barrier coat applied followed by 2 coats of Interlux Micron CSC antifouling paint completed in 2011.
Engine was serviced in 2016 with new engine mounts, injectors, new hoses, belts, gaskets, thermostat, rebuilt water pump.
Annual engine servicing including oil and filter, fuel filters, impeller.
