YUKON in Tasmania

It was a stunning afternoon yesterday in Tasmania — at the end of a beautiful sail on the old working ketch KERRAWYN with Dave and Anastasia, we rafted up with the charter ketch YUKON and were greeted with a shot of rum and warm smiles courtesy of Captain David Nash and crew.

The video below captures the feeling of what it’s like to be aboard YUKON on the wild coastline of Tassie. The story of how this boat was built is even more amazing, so we hope to bring you that in an Off Center video.

KERRAWYN will soon be ready for charters, and you couldn’t beat the hospitality of Dave and Annastasia aboard KERRAWYN. Here’s YUKON’s website so you can schedule your own charter in Tasmania (highly recommended).

Thanks for that, Steve. I am sometimes irked by the current trend away from ambient sound in video production, but this one fit together very nicely in presenting the experience of sailing in YUKON.
