Excellent presentation…I have made wooden angle tools but never metal. I will attempt this for sure.

Agree with others, great video with a very thoughtful and thorough explanation of what to do and the ‘why’ behind it! In addition to the tools used, is there a good resource for selecting and buying metal stock for one’s project?

    Cheers!

      Hello Eddie,
Glad you enjoyed the video, thank you. As for a resource for metal, there are many places online to order small or large amounts. Your search engine should pop up a ton of them, and just price comparisons should show you which to go for. I sometimes find the online resources have better prices than ‘cataglog’ supply companies. And if you live near a marine fab shop, they may have ‘drops’ or smaller pieces that they might sell you. Good luck!

My brother likes to say, “I love working…I could curl up right next to it!” Well, I could watch this metalworker work all day long. Obviously expert, Erica is also really good at imparting the necessary details, without any unnecessary fluff. She talks like she works. Also, nice camera work and editing.

Enjoyed the video. Great to see a lady in the shop! Nice execution.I enjoy making knives and tools, but my wife only comes into the shop when I don’t come out of the shop on time (ha ha).
