Thank you Sean K……your explanations in these videos are clear…..easy to follow and understand. As a 75 y/o landlubber…..I am unlikely to pursue boat-building…..but have followed Tally Ho/Leo for 2 years. Watching your vids helps me better understand what I have seen in Leo’s vids. Big fun…..thx again!

Now I’ve heard it said, a long time ago, that a person who can draw a perfect circle would be a musician! My wife claims they must be mad, like Mozart. Was Mozart left handed?
Seriously though, I looked for part 4. I’m hooked!
OCH, thank you for putting together some of the most talented people to share their skills!

I make my living building and restoring wooden boats, and this guy draws better lines freehand than most people do with a batten. Great presentation and I thank you.

A great instructor, so clear and concise – and how on earth does he draw so accurately with chalk?

I’m going to go with practice practice practice as well as the fact that he used to be a master cellist… one of the most coordinated and talented people I’ve met!

I am about to start building an aircraft with some teens at the St. Louis Science Center, and I plan to use Sean’s videos as an introduction to wooden construction of complex shapes. Beautiful!

I love the way Sean draws out and explains his beautiful illustrations. Not only is he a competent boat instructor and builder, he is a wonderful artist as well! Such a great series, I can’t wait for the next installment. Thanks OCH!

Robert Pirsig starts “Zen & the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance” with the requirement for great peace of mind and I suspect Sean has mastered it. Such beautifully clear teaching renders the complex seamlessly accessible without distraction or obstruction. Thank you Sean and thank you OCH for the series.

Agree with all the comments so far — at 70 making plans to build boats again is not high on the agenda however, juices are stirring. After Covid is over I’m looking for suitable premises then we will see??
