After 160 days at sea, alone, rowing across the Pacific Ocean in the boat that he designed and built for this voyage, here’s our first message from Tom Robinson after his landing on a tiny atoll.
We’ll have more from our full conversation with Tom at a later date, including how desperate the situation really was that he land on Tongareva/Penrhyn, and how he laughed for days hen I told him that there are lots of Off Center Harbor members all over the world rooting him on (google “what does root mean in Australian slang”).

Well done Tom, enjoy the island life, you earned it, enjoying this short video, when I watched your last AIS when you turned towards the inlet I saw you did 4 knots then today you released a email which said you were towed into harbor, wow I saw those speeds and thought you were on fire for land.
