    Thank you, Eric! I would love to see/ hear a detail about trimming that second layer of overlapping dynel on the foredeck. Do you just carefully razorknife to not cut through the 1st layer? Or pull the tape and stand the excess up vertical and trim horizontally? And then sand that edge down to ease it?

    Beautiful and practical work, as always.

    I used xynole for deck sheathing/non-skid on a 32’ deck. Costs significantly less than dynel, perhaps absorbs less epoxy perhaps. One aesthetic problem is how to keep the grain straight so the finish looks canvas-like when pulling on a 32’ 8’ wide piece ( including cutting in around cabin, coamings). Too late realized we should have clamped a stretcher to pull the open end ( the other is coming off the roll).
