Excellent video, and the multigenerational vacation legacy really shows how an old boat and the love of same can bring a family together. The boat, by the way, is just about perfect for it’s intended use. Cockpit, galley/dinette, helm/saloon, fore cabin, and foredeck, separate enough for a group of people to each have their own space when needed. All in 36 feet. Amazingly thoughtful design, and easy on the eyes, too. Perfect.

Bless you for posting this video at the very moment I needed the encouragement to approach my husband’s grandson about bequeathing Pilar to his namesake, great-grandson, ‘young’ William. If the offer proves to be too daunting for a young family, then surely there is another family who would cherish the same sort of heritage that made HOLIDAY so special.
