Life as a boatbuilder satisfies many nautical longings. I get to keep track of the world of boats through shows, events, my network of colleagues and friends, and I get to build and try out many designs. I’m also blessed (well, actually, I did it on purpose!) with a large shop and lots of storage, so when the heart and the checkbook say “yes,” there is uually room for another boat. A boatbuilder’s checkbook is usually the limiting factor though, so while numerous, the boats of my own fleet are individually modest. I’m always imagining my next boat, and here are the top three that are currently missing from the Two Daughters fleet.
