Should you cut out the templates or the floor timbers themselves before the molds are attached to the strongback?

I don’t think that really matters, If you see a way that is logistically or ergonomically more convenient by all means go for it. The further you are from the boat and mounting the more important it is to label BOLDLY and OFTEN…
