Hi Eric, Very good explanations! Thanks a lot.
I’m about to fiberglass the hull of a sailboat that I’m building and I found very good the idea to add the white pigment to the second coat of epoxy. My question is, may I use titanium dioxide (TiO2) as pigment? It will work OK with epoxy resin?
Steve Buck says:
An excellent video to reference before my next fiberglass project that requires an overlapping seam in the center. And, a great photo bomb of a toddler at the end!

Timely info. Just removed the canvas off the cabin roof of my 20 foot sailboat, Sigi, and plan on resurfacing with Xynole. The same technique should apply, right? Also, did you staple the edges of the cloth to the edges of the cabin top? Is it necessary to do so?
Tom Arntzen says:
I just fibreglass and epoxied the cabin top of my 34’ wooden sloop, do I need to put the eyebrow trim on before final paint? And is primer needed before applying Interlux Interdeck paint?

Thanks, Eric! Great info I never came across before.
