    We got one of these off Uncle Henry’s (the eight foot version) about thirty years ago in Jonesport for a couple of hundred bucks. The seller said he’d found it washed up ashore way downeast but I didn’t inquire TOO closely about that. (Karma may have revisited when the boat was stolen about ten years later.) Good boat for our kids to learn to row and explore from! Lightweight, burdensome and attractive.
