    Hi there,

I keep getting e-mails about free tickets to the worldwide boat show. Can you set up the free ticket info on the site? Is this another worldwide boat show for this year?, I’m confused? If you’re offering free tickets for members and it’s this spring, please set up access here?

    Thanks,
    Robert

I as well have had no luck with the login page to receive my pass. The oc website tells me the password info is incorrect. This is of course incorrect.
What is with the myriad technical glitches in recent months?

I see Ramble has been listed on the boat show! Thank you very much. You all are doing a great job with this show. Don’t think I’ve been through a third of the boats listed!

I helped my son submit his boat a 36ā€™ wooden yawl named Ramble a few days ago. Used his email address in the submission but neither of us have heard anything. Just wondering if it is in the queue?
    Thanks

I have purchased a ticket and can log on to the site. My name comes up and I have entered a boat. I cannot view anything.

Hi Howard. The gates open to the show today at 10:00am ET in the U.S., so if you log in after that the whole world will appear before your eyes. :). Watch the counter on the home page for how much time is left before the gates open.

I submitted Boston Whaler 13ā€™ Sport to the Boat Show and received an email that you received it and it was in the queue on 2/10. I have not seen a confirmation yet. Any idea what happened?

Went in to get a ticket for the show and created a username and new password. Then used a Visa Debit card for the $5.00 fee. That was Monday as of today no deduction from my bank account on the Debit card and no Virtual ticket for the show. Please advise. Hate to miss this
    great opportunity.
    Thanks

I just purchased my ticket to the boat show and I have a question. I saw the note that live events will be recorded and available for viewing the next day, but if I can’t make the live presentation, can I log back in and watch a presentation any time up to the end of the show on the 28th? Thanks for putting this together! I need to go sailing now!

    Mark

    • Steve Stone

      Steve Stone says:

Yes, Mark. Live presentations will be recorded, posted the next day in video form, and available for the entire show. Sorry our wording wasn’t better.

    Hello Off Center crew,
I am a subscriber and have been attempting to purchase a ticket to the boat show, but no success. When I attempt to set up a new login (as per instructions) to the boat show site, I get a message that there’s already an account using that email address.
Not sure what to do next?
I imagine you’re going crazy with last-minute requests, but I (and probably others) would hate to miss it!
Thanks for whatever help you can offer.

    Hi Steve,

I submitted our boat, then edited the listing by changing some photos. After editing, I get a “Page Not Found” error when I click on the listing. Thanks for putting this together. You guys have done an amazing job adapting to the limitations imposed by the pandemic.

    • Nate Rooks

      Nate Rooks says:

Hi Dave – we were all glad to see La Vie En Rose in the submissions this morning!

The reason you’re getting that error is that all boat pages are currently “pending” while we review – so when you click to see your page, it’s not actually live yet.

It sounds like you’ve got editing down, but if you have any other questions you can reach us at crew@classicboatshow.com and we’ll get you all sorted.

      • Steve Stone

        Steve Stone says:

Hi Pavlov ~ See Nate’s comment above. You’ll be able to see the page when we bring it live. You can continue to go in and edit it by clicking “profile” when you’re logged in. After clicking “profile’ you’ll see it as one of your listings.

Can’t get past the login in order to register a boat. I am logged into your site but can’t get to the event registration.

      Steve Stone says:

Hi Douglas. You’ll want to follow the instructions in the email we sent closely. The Boat Show is a different website (not Off Center Harbor). You’ll need to create an account over there and then add your boat. Thanks, we look forward to seeing your boat.

How do you sign up to register a boat for your Classic show on your website?
Your email link (Jan 24) spins its prop after entering username and password.
    Thanks for your help.

a while back I saw a notice that you would be accepting submissions, but I never heard anything else about when or how to do so. Please advise. 6/20 launch of “Western Lakes Mackinaw” per Chapelle / Smithsonian.

      Steve Stone says:

Hi Ken. You should have received an email recently with a link to submit your boat. If not, please click “contact us” and let us know you need instructions. We’ll be sending another email with a link and instructions this weekend.
