As lust remains the first of the Seven Deadly Sins, an obsession from 1947 became enduring lust.

My biases: traditional, small, wood, and beauty, paired with performance. I have a deepening reverence for evolution due to Henry Scheel’s Patrician, Joel White’s Haven 12-1/2, Wild Horses and her ssters, and Iain Oughtread’s harmonious adaptations. Conviction that the primary value of watercraft is as incubators for the youth of all ages. A root conviction is workboat finish.
