Port Townsend gets a lot of the attention as the wooden boat Mecca on Puget Sound, but if you ask around, Emerald Marine in Anacortes comes up as the wooden boat shop to go to if you’d like somewhere a little quieter or a little more north. We love this short video highlighting founder and boatbuilder Andy Stewart’s calm demeanor and dedication to his craft.
