Getting Strength & Mobility in Your Feet

The primary contact we have with our boats is through our feet. It’s also the most important contact we have when we’re moving around our boat in need of balance and strength. Put another way, balance and strength start with the feet.

Join stretch therapy expert (and fellow Off Center Harbor member) Kit Laughlin in Australia for a sequence of maneuvers and exercises that will build strength and flexibility in your feet, and thus better balance, strength and connection between you and your boat:

Now holding hands is fun but, holding her foot warped in her toes is sure a closer connection.
