  • James Wicks says:

Having grown up in the lobster business in New England, I’m surprised you can keep up with the maintenance as well as you have. Having spent 25 years serving as a submarine officer with half that time in shipyards, I wonder where the crew is to help you. I admire your decision to reduce the pace of expectations. While schedules are self imposed, acceleration of them always has unintended consequences either personal, financial, or both. Based on your discussion of risk you could easily consult as a safety officer anywhere. I consulted as a Nuclear Safety Specialist prior to my retirement. Your understanding and ability to discuss risk management would be an asset anywhere in industry.
