The thicknesses of the plywood parts are less than the thickness of the Advantech board parts that are assembled into the frames.  How are the Avantech and plywood  relative to each other positioned?  I concluded that, when gluing the frame parts together, they should be assembled with the unscribed surface of the Advantech board flush with the unscribed surface of the plywood components.  In other words, position both the Avantech and plywood “face up” and resting on the same work surface like a bench top.  When the frames are assembled on the strongback stringers, the forward frames that are beveled face forward and the aft frames that are beveled face aft.  The mid-ship frames with no bevel . . . you choose which way they face.
