I got a primer coat on all exposed surfaces on the interior of the boat. I was debating about primer vs no primer. I have 2 qts of primer on hand, so I used it. Can’t hurt, perhaps a little overkill. Perhaps 3 more days added to build schedule.
the cockpit floors are covered in Dynel, they already have a couple of coats of epoxy. Want it to be a bit of a non-slip surface, so am skipping primer on those areas.
Just a few more steps and thwarts can be finally epoxied in place.
THE BOSS WANTS ALL 48 spacer blocks to be finished bright.
