Wooden Tongue Depressors

Home Depot sells large wooden tongue depressors as quart

 

sized paint stirring sticks. I modify them by taking a chisel and cutting one of the rounded ends to a bevel. The with some 320 grit sandpaper, I sharpen the cut end. Make for cleaning up epoxy easy, gets into tight corners. It still can stir paint. I use them for all kinds of things. Mixing fairing compound, use it like a putty  knife.  Keep them clean, thyey last a remarkably long time!
