Eric “Aroha” is a New Zealand Maori word meaning Love. It is pronounced “Arrow ha” not “A row ha”. It is a reasonably common girls christian name in the Maori community here. The Wikipedia entry giving the pronunciation as “A row ha” is incorrect.
