Excellent! I love seeing masters of their craft at work!
Eric Takakjian says:
That smock looks perfect for New England sailing in spring and fall.
Andrew MacGinitie says:
I loved this, but do I dare offer a criticism? It’s partly in jest: I would have loved at least one shot of sharpening those scissors (lol). Seriously though, this was really great, thank you Leah!
Steve Borgstrom says:
What a delight to see Leah featured here at OCH. I have a Shellback Smock, a very nice piece of kit for sailing here in the Pacific Northwest but my favorite is the Copper River Coat which has become my go-to travel jacket.
David and Margaret Tew says:
Thanks, Nate! Great video, especially about her first intro to sailing to the Shetlands and Orkneys. Decades ago we went there and loved it all. The west coast of Scotland reminded us of our Maine coast. I snagged one of the Shellback Smocks off eBay just a few minutes ago. We have our boat in the water from April to November so it will be perfect for that (as well as for running the snowblower on a windy day!)i
