2021 Worldwide Classic Boat Show Presentation – Dinghy Cruising Adventures with Roger Barnes

Roger Barnes wrote the book on dinghy cruising, literally. He was kind enough to walk us through the highlight of his boat, gear and the fundamentals of camp-cruising in a 90 minute presentation at last year’s Worldwide Classic Boat Show.

Surprised that your navigation list doesn’t include Frank and Margaret Dye. Their “Open-boat Cruising: Coastal and Inland Waters” is a 40 year old classic.

  • Steve Betow says:

Enjoyed watching this last year and it was the first thing on my list this morning after making
coffee. Putting a couple of logs in the fireplace and going to get some more wood for tonight.
Will probably watch it again as the snow comes to make 3 to 6 inches by morning. Then start
The Ariel’s orange walker and get to work.
    Thanks again for his presentation
    Steve
