I built from the plans Only disadvantage i had was measurements on plan are of course imperial. I have used metric all my working life and couldnt find a scale rule to suit.

THe plans are excellent and I found the videos for the kitset most helpful. Less expensive but considerably more time.

Thanks Doug, That particular colour is quite popular with the traditional small boats here in Australia .
